WHO WE ARE
Girls who Grind is a 6-week training program for the women who want to step into their fullest physical power (the emotional and mental usually tends to follow). The program is led by Danielle Gertner, international Ownership coach and movement enthusiast. She has specialities in Strength and Conditioning, Kettlebells, Steel Mace, Animal Flow and Landmines so workouts are usually unconventional and sassy!
THIS IS FOR THE WOMEN WHO:
💪🏼 Are looking to build strength and muscle correctly, efficiently and in a fun ass way
💪🏼 Are unsure of what to do in the gym or where to start when it comes to reaching their physical goals
💪🏼 Want to learn unconventional training modalities such as Kettlebells, Animal Flow, Steel Mace and Landmines
💪🏼 Are wanting to take their current training program and goals to the next level

💪🏼 Crave more positivity and inspiring energy in their lives, especially first thing in the AM
WHAT WILL I GAIN BY
THE END OF THE 6 WEEKS?
The workouts are a mix of strength, conditioning, mobility and functional speed, agility and power. You can expect to lift weights, use all types of new equipment and challenge your body and mind. We will track your progress throughout the 6 weeks so get ready to be stronger than you’ve ever imagined you could be! You will also have a new community of women who see your fullest strength and power and encourage you to live it every single day.
WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
You can expect an overall increase in strength, power, speed, functionality and mobility. Plus a huge increase in your overall knowledge and confidence of weight training properly with barbells, kettlebells, landmines and steel mace!
You can also expect a lot of great conversation, lots of sweat, bomb ass music and dope vibes to start your morning!
WHAT IF I MISS A WORKOUT?
All workouts will be written in a shared Google doc and any exercises that need greater explanation or demo will be videoed and uploaded as well.
CAN I DROP INTO CLASSES?
NO! I designed this specifically as a closed 6-week container so we can build true, long-lasting strength and community. You must commit to all 6 weeks.
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF ONNIT?
Yes. You will need to become an open gym member of Onnit during the Girls who Grind cohort.
WHAT DOES MY OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
The $99 (or $147 if you don't want to continue using the gym after our cohort) Onnit open-gym membership includes:
Access to the gym during open gym hours (meaning if you miss a workout or want to workout other days during the week, you can!)
Access to the sauna during open-gym hours
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ONNIT AFTER 6 WEEKS?
Onnit Gym requires a 30 day notice to cancel membership so you just need to let the front desk know if you'd like to cancel!
